🛒 INGREDIENTS

Brownie Base:

  • 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions (and baked)

Edible Cookie Dough:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Coating:

  • 2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate (milk or dark)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)

*To heat-treat flour: microwave in a bowl for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until it reaches 165°F / 74°C. Let cool.
