For the Chicken

2 boneless chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning

Oil, for frying
For the Creamy Gravy

2 tbsp pan drippings or butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
1½ cups whole milk
-
1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning

Black pepper, to taste
🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create 4 thinner cutlets.

Place chicken in a bowl and cover with buttermilk.

Marinate at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for max tenderness).
2️⃣ Season the Flour

In a shallow dish, mix flour, Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Bread the Chicken

Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off.

Dredge thoroughly in seasoned flour, pressing to adhere.

For extra crunch, dip back into buttermilk and flour again.
4️⃣ Fry to Golden Perfection
