  • Romaine or green leaf lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

  • Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning

🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Fries

  • Cook fries according to package directions (oven, air fryer, or deep fry).

  • While hot, sprinkle generously with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning.

  • Set aside — try not to eat them all before the sandwich 😅

2️⃣ Toast the Bread

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  • Butter one side of each bread slice.

  • Place butter-side down in the skillet and toast until golden and crispy.

3️⃣ Melt the Stack

  • Flip one slice over (toasted side up).

  • Layer ham, cheese, and bacon on top.

  • Cover skillet briefly to melt the cheese (or broil for 30–45 seconds).

4️⃣ Build the Sammich

  • Spread mayo on the unbuttered side of the second slice of bread.

  • Sprinkle lightly with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning.

  • Add lettuce, seasoned tomatoes, and onions.

  • Place the cheesy ham stack on top and close that bad boy up.

5️⃣ Slice & Serve

  • Cut diagonally (mandatory 😌).

  • Serve hot with seasoned fries on the side.
