Ingredients

1 lb breakfast sausage

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional garnish: chopped green onions or parsley
Directions

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Break into crumbles and drain excess grease. -
Layer the Casserole
Spread cooked sausage evenly in the baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots on top in an even layer. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the tots. -
Make the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. -
Assemble
