1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions
-
Brown the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess grease if needed. -
Add Garlic & Seasoning
Stir in butter, garlic, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant. -
Add Rice & Broth
Stir in uncooked rice and beef broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15–18 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid absorbed. -
Make It Creamy & Cheesy
Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook uncovered 2–3 minutes until melted and creamy. -
Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
