Ingredients
For the Shrimp Sauce:

300 g raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 Tbsp olive oil or butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup heavy cream

1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
For Serving:

1 cup cooked white rice (basmati or jasmine)

Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside. -
Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Italian herbs. Let simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. -
Combine
Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Simmer 1–2 minutes until heated through. -
