Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Crust

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup creamy peanut butter

6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 Tbsp brown sugar
For the Caramel Layer

1 cup soft caramel candies, unwrapped

3 Tbsp heavy cream
For the Chocolate Layer

1½ cups milk chocolate chips

¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Optional Garnish

Chopped peanuts
-
Sea salt flakes

Drizzle of white chocolate

Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool slightly. -
Make the Caramel Layer
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Pour evenly over the peanut butter crust. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes. -
Prepare the Chocolate Layer
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and glossy. Pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly. -
Chill & Set
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or until firm. -
Serve
Cut into squares or bars. Optional: sprinkle with chopped peanuts or a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
