These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs are decadent, fudgy, and stuffed with soft, sweet cookie dough. With a rich brownie exterior and gooey chocolate chip center, they’re perfect for dessert, parties, or whenever you need a serious chocolate fix.
Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
For the Cookie Dough Filling

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
-
¼ tsp salt
-
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Optional Topping

Extra chocolate chips

Powdered sugar drizzle
Directions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. -
Prepare the Brownie Batter
Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions. Set aside. -
Make the Cookie Dough
In a bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Gradually add flour and salt until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips. The dough should be firm enough to scoop. -
Assemble the Bombs

Spoon a tablespoon of brownie batter into the bottom of each muffin cup.

Add a ball (about 1 tablespoon) of cookie dough on top.

Cover cookie dough with another tablespoon of brownie batter. Smooth the tops gently.

Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownie (not the cookie dough center) comes out mostly clean. -
Cool & Serve
Let brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve as is or drizzle with melted chocolate.
