For the Cake:
1½ cups unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2½ cups granulated sugar
6 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries (or well-drained frozen)
Optional Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons strawberry puree or milk

Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan or loaf pans.
Cream Butter, Cream Cheese & Sugar:
In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add the sugar gradually, beating well until light and airy (about 3–5 minutes).
Add Eggs & Vanilla:
Beat in eggs, one at a time, scraping the bowl between each.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Add Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.

Bake:
