🧁 You’ll Need (For the Cake):
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup water
4 eggs, beaten
🍋 You’ll Need (For the Glaze):
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
Juice of 1 large lemon (about 2–3 tbsp)
Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for extra flavor)

Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×13″ baking dish or bundt pan.
Make the Cake Batter:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, water, and beaten eggs.
Mix well using a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and fully combined (about 2–3 minutes).
Bake:
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Make the Glaze:
While the cake is baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, melted butter, and lemon juice until smooth.

Glaze the Cake:
While the cake is still warm, poke holes all over the top using a fork or skewer.
