These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are juicy, cheesy, and packed with garlicky flavor. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, lunch, or even meal prep, they combine tender chicken with a creamy blend of cheeses, all wrapped in soft tortillas and grilled to golden perfection.
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

2–4 large flour tortillas

1–2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1–2 tsp olive oil or butter for grilling

Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Directions
1. Prepare the Chicken Filling
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
2. Warm the Tortillas
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds to make them more pliable.
3. Assemble the Wraps
Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
4. Preheat Skillet
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Make sure the skillet is hot enough to give the wraps a golden, crispy exterior.
5. Grill the Wraps
Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese inside has melted. Press gently with a spatula for even grilling.
6. Cool Slightly
Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for 1–2 minutes to allow the cheese to set slightly. This prevents the filling from spilling out when slicing.
7. Serve
Slice the wraps in half and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
