Directions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Chicken Filling
If using leftover chicken, dice or shred it into bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Make the Cheese Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until smooth and creamy.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken evenly among them and roll each tortilla tightly. Place the rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
5. Pour Cheese Sauce
Pour the rich cheese sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas, making sure each is fully coated.
6. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese sauce is bubbly and slightly golden around the edges.
7. Serve
