🍕🧀 Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
If you love pizza but want it in a fun, hand-held form, these Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are perfect. With gooey mozzarella, zesty pizza sauce, and plenty of pepperoni wrapped in soft tortillas, they’re a hit for lunch, dinner, or snacks. Easy to make, customizable, and totally delicious!

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

8 low-carb tortillas (or regular tortillas)

48 slices pepperoni (6 per roll-up)

Directions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
2. Lay Out the Tortillas
Place the tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread about 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
3. Add Cheese and Pepperoni
Sprinkle ½ cup shredded mozzarella evenly over each tortilla. Layer 6 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese. Optional: sprinkle with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
4. Roll the Tortillas
Starting at one edge, roll the tortillas tightly into log shapes. Make sure the filling stays inside. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are lightly golden brown.
6. Cool Slightly
Remove from the oven and let the roll-ups cool for 2–3 minutes. This helps them hold their shape and makes them easier to handle.
7. Slice and Serve
Slice each roll-up in half or thirds for bite-sized portions. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Perfect for a fun appetizer, lunchbox treat, or snack.
