Ingredients:
For the Cod:
1 pound cod fillets, cut into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Brussels Sprouts:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
Roast the Brussels Sprouts:
In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
