Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

10–12 bacon slices, cut in half

½ cup BBQ sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.

Divide beef mixture into portions, flatten slightly, place a cheddar cube in the center, and seal into balls.

Wrap each meatball with a piece of bacon and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush bacon bombs generously with BBQ sauce.
