1 French baguette, cut into thick slices

1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked

½ cup lump crab meat

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop cooked shrimp into small pieces and gently mix with crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Spoon the shrimp-crab mixture generously onto each slice, pressing slightly so it stays in place.
