This Elegant Crab Shrimp Stuffed Salmon is a restaurant-quality dish you can make at home. Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.

Pat salmon fillets dry and make a shallow slit or pocket along the top of each fillet.

Spoon the crab and shrimp mixture into each salmon pocket, pressing gently to hold the filling.

Place stuffed salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
