Salad

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1½ cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but delicious)

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced (optional)

Creamy BLT Dressing

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste


🔥 Directions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside to cool.


2️⃣ Cook the Bacon

While pasta cooks, fry bacon until crispy.
Transfer to paper towels, cool, then crumble into bite-size pieces.


3️⃣ Make the Dressing

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and creamy.
