8 ounces pasta (rotini, penne, or your favorite), cooked, rinsed, and cooled

1 cup ranch dressing or Italian dressing

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, olives, chopped parsley
🍽️ Directions
1️⃣ Cook & Cool the Pasta
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let it cool completely.
2️⃣ Prep the Veggies
Halve cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber and red bell pepper, and thinly slice red onion. Set aside.
3️⃣ Choose a Serving Dish
Select a clear bowl or trifle dish to show off the layered colors—perfect for presentation!
4️⃣ First Layer: Dressing & Pasta
Spread half of the dressing evenly on the bottom of the bowl.
Add the cooked, cooled pasta as the first layer. Toss gently to coat.
5️⃣ Layer the Vegetables
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion in even layers. Press gently so layers stay distinct.
6️⃣ Top & Final Dressing
Pour the remaining dressing over the top layer.
