🛒 Ingredients

  • 🦐 450 g shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 🌭 340 g smoked sausage, sliced (andouille, kielbasa, or turkey sausage)

  • 🫒 15 ml olive oil

  • 🧄 9 g minced garlic

  • 🧅 3 g onion powder

  • 🌶️ 3 g smoked paprika

  • 🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 🥦 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 🫑 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 🧅 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 🌽 1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)

  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • 🍋 Fresh lemon juice (optional, for finishing)


🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook 3–4 minutes, until browned.
Remove from skillet and set aside.


2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies

In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, red onion, and corn.
Cook 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just tender.


3️⃣ Add Garlic & Seasoning

Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 30 seconds, just until fragrant.


4️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

Add shrimp to the skillet and spread evenly.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.


5️⃣ Bring It Together

Return sausage to the pan.
Toss everything together and cook 1–2 more minutes to combine flavors.
Finish with red pepper flakes and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
