Ingredients

  • 1 large crusty bread bowl (sourdough or artisan)

  • Β½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Β½ lb lump crab meat (cooked, drained)

  • Β½ lb sea scallops, cleaned

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan

  • Β½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Topping

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Bread Bowl

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Carefully hollow out the bread bowl, leaving about 1-inch walls. Save the bread pieces for dipping or croutons.


2️⃣ Cook the Seafood

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp and scallops; cook 2–3 minutes per side, just until opaque. Remove from heat and gently fold in crab meat.


3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce

To the skillet, pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return seafood to skillet and toss gently to coat in sauce.


4️⃣ Assemble the Bread Bowl

Spoon the creamy seafood mixture into the hollowed bread bowl.
Top with shredded mozzarella and extra Parmesan.


5️⃣ Bake

Place the stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet.
Bake 15–20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and golden.


6️⃣ Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with the reserved bread pieces for dipping.
