They bake up golden, melty, and irresistible—perfect for parties, brunch spreads, or those “just one more bite” moments.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

  • ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • ½ cup cooked lump crab meat

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese (for extra creaminess)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)

Optional Dips:

  • Garlic butter

  • Spicy aioli

  • Marinara sauce

Directions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the Seafood Filling

In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cheese, mayo (or cream cheese), garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. The filling should be creamy but not runny.

3️⃣ Flatten the Biscuits

Separate biscuit dough and flatten each one into a 4–5 inch round.

4️⃣ Fill & Seal

Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of seafood filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

5️⃣ Brush & Bake

Brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.

6️⃣ Cool Slightly & Serve

Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving—centers will be hot and melty.
