Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough, room temperature

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

Salt, to taste

Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Roll the Dough
Roll pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×8 inches. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush generously over the dough. Sprinkle with salt and Italian herbs if using.
4️⃣ Add Cheese
Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top of the dough.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the edges of the dough are golden brown.
6️⃣ Slice & Serve
Let cool slightly. Slice into breadsticks and serve warm. Optional: serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
