Ingredients
-
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
⅓ cup granulated sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
½ cup blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries
-
Optional glaze:
-
½ cup powdered sugar
-
1–2 tablespoons milk or cream
-
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a generous spoonful of cheesecake filling over each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
Spoon a small amount of blueberry filling (or sprinkle fresh blueberries) on top of the cream cheese layer.
Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly into a crescent shape.
4️⃣ Bake
Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
5️⃣ Optional Glaze
While rolls cool slightly, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls for an extra bakery-style finish.
