Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped Layer

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Chocolate Peppermint Topping

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • Crushed peppermint candies, for garnish


Directions

1️⃣ Make the Crust

In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to set.

2️⃣ Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled crust. Return to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

3️⃣ Whip the Cream

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Spread whipped cream over the cream cheese layer, smoothing the top evenly.

4️⃣ Add Chocolate Peppermint Topping

Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the whipped cream layer. Sprinkle generously with crushed peppermint candies for a festive touch.

5️⃣ Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow layers to set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
