Juicy, smoky, and bursting with garlic-herb flavor β perfect for a summer grill or a luxurious dinner at home.
Ingredients (Serves 4)

8 giant prawns, shells on and split open lengthwise

3 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or oregano/thyme mix)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Prawns

Rinse prawns under cold water and pat dry.

Using a sharp knife, split each prawn open along the back without cutting through completely. Remove the vein.
