  • 300 g cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Homemade Biscuits

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 6 tbsp cold butter, cubed

  • ¾ cup cold milk or buttermilk


🧈 Garlic Butter Topping

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Pinch of paprika


🍽️ Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Lobster Filling

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Gently fold in chopped lobster and parsley.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.


2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits

Canned Dough:

  • Gently flatten each biscuit with your hands.

Homemade Dough:

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
