🧾 Ingredients
🍤 Shrimp

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

½ cup buttermilk

½ cup cornstarch

½ cup all-purpose flour

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Vegetable oil, for frying

2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (garnish)
🌶️ Bang Bang Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

1–2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp honey or sugar
-
1 tsp rice vinegar or fresh lime juice
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and vinegar until smooth and creamy. Set aside — this sauce is the flavor bomb!
2️⃣ Coat the Shrimp

Toss shrimp in buttermilk until coated.

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.

Dredge shrimp thoroughly in the flour mixture.
