🧡 Crustless Ham and Swiss Quiche
A light, fluffy, low-carb breakfast favorite loaded with savory ham and melty Swiss cheese.
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup milk (or use cream for extra richness)
5 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a flavor boost)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
Add fillings:
Spread the diced ham evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese and green onions over the top.
Whisk eggs & milk:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (or cream), salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard (if using).
Combine:
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the dish. Give it a gentle shake or stir to make sure everything’s evenly distributed.
Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. A knife inserted should come out clean.
Cool & serve:
Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temp!
