🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 slices sturdy sandwich bread (sourdough, Texas toast, or white bread)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crispy

  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup dill pickle slices, well-drained

  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or pickle relish

1️⃣ Prep the Bread

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.

  • Place bread butter-side down on a clean surface.
