1. Make the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
2. Marinate the Chicken
Add chicken tenderloins to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
4. Air Fry the Chicken
Arrange chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
