📝 Ingredients

1 cup dill pickle slices, well drained and patted dry

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Optional Seasoning (Highly Recommended):

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Pinch of salt
For Serving:

Ranch dressing, spicy mayo, or dill dip

Prep the Pickles
Pat pickle slices very dry with paper towels—this helps the coating stick and crisp up. -
Set Up Breading Station
Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs (plus seasonings, if using) in a third. -
Bread the Pickles
Dip each pickle slice into flour, then egg, then panko, pressing gently so crumbs stick. -
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
