📝 Ingredients
(Makes 12 tacos)

12 wonton wrappers

2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, salsa, or cilantro
Optional Seasoning for Chicken:

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with parchment paper for easy cleanup. -
Shape Wonton Shells
Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of the muffin tin to create a taco shell shape. Lightly brush or spray the inside with olive oil. -
Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chopped or shredded chicken with olive oil and optional seasonings. Mix well. -
Bake the Wonton Shells
Bake empty wonton shells for 5–7 minutes, until slightly golden and starting to crisp. Remove from oven. -
Fill the Tacos
Spoon the seasoned chicken into each wonton shell. Return to oven for 5–7 more minutes, or until the shells are golden and crispy and the chicken is heated through.
