Ingredients
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 cup Yogurt
• 2 tsp Instant Yeast
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Warm Water (as needed)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add yogurt and oil. Mix well.
3. Add warm water little by little to make a soft dough.
4. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
6. Divide dough into balls and roll into oval shapes.
7. Cook on a hot pan until bubbles form, then flip and cook both sides.
8. Brush with butter if desired and serve hot.

Ingredients
• 2 1/2 cups Flour
• 1 cup Warm Water
• 2 tsp Olive Oil
• 2 tsp Instant Yeast
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Rest for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil.
3. Knead into a soft dough.
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Divide into balls and roll into circles.
6. Heat a pan or oven and cook until puffed.
7. Cool slightly and serve.
3. TORTILLA (Soft Flour Tortilla)
Ingredients
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 3/4 cup Warm Water
Instructions
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add oil and mix until crumbly.
3. Add warm water and form dough.
4. Knead for 5 minutes.
5. Rest dough for 20 minutes.
6. Divide into balls and roll thin.
7. Cook on a hot pan until light brown spots appear.
