Ingredients
For the Fudge:

21 ¼ ounces (about 600 g) white chocolate, chopped or in chips

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon bubblegum extract (or more, to taste)

Pink and blue gel food coloring

Directions
1. Prepare the Pan

Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Lightly grease the parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Melt the Chocolate

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth. Avoid high heat to prevent burning.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, bubblegum extract, and salt.
3. Color the Fudge
