👩🍳 Directions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Crack Chicken Sauce
In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add ranch seasoning and minced garlic. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until well combined and fragrant. Season lightly with salt and pepper (ranch mix already contains salt).
3. Combine Everything
Add the cooked chicken, bacon, and drained pasta to the sauce. Stir until everything is fully coated.
Fold in 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the rest for topping. Add green onions and mix well.
4. Assemble the Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Transfer the pasta mixture into the dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese over the top.
