👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits
Break the biscuits into rough chunks using your hands or a rolling pin. You want a mix of small crumbs and larger pieces for texture. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Sauce
In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, cream (or milk), sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir gently until the butter melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
Add the chocolate and stir until fully melted and glossy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Combine
Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the crushed biscuits. Fold gently until every piece is coated in rich chocolate goodness.
Add any optional mix-ins at this stage.
4️⃣ Shape the Cake
Line a loaf pan, round cake pan, or square dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Smooth the top for a clean finish.
