1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Dough:
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits), or pizza dough cut into portions
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

-
1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
-
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
-
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Prepare the Dough
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4–5 inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
4️⃣ Assemble the Bombs
Place 1–2 tablespoons of cooked beef in the center of each dough circle. Top with a generous pinch of shredded cheese.
Carefully pull the dough edges up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5️⃣ Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of each cheeseburger bomb generously with the mixture.
6️⃣ Bake Until Golden
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the bombs are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
For extra browning, broil for 1–2 minutes, watching closely.
7️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Let cool for a few minutes before serving—cheese will be hot!
