🍔 Hamburger Noodle Soup

🛒 Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced 🥕
2 stalks celery, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 cups beef broth 🥣
2 cups water
1 ½ cups uncooked egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) 🌿

1. Brown the Beef:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
2. Sauté the Veggies:
Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic, basil, and oregano. Sauté for 1 more minute.
3. Simmer the Soup:
Pour in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10–15 minutes.
