3 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp salt (to taste)
-
½ tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Parmesan Garlic Sauce
-
3 tbsp butter
-
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
3 cups whole milk
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
-
½ cup mozzarella (optional for extra meltiness)
-
1½ tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Lasagna Layers
-
9–12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella
-
½ cup shredded cheddar
-
Fresh parsley, optional
🧄 Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Lasagna Noodles
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
-
Cook lasagna noodles until al dente.
-
Drain and lay flat on parchment or lightly oiled foil to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Cook the Bacon & Beef
-
Cook the bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
-
In the same skillet (with a little bacon fat for flavor!), cook ground beef and onion until browned.
-
Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Stir in the crumbled bacon.
-
Cook for 2 more minutes until everything is coated and savory.
Set aside.
Step 3: Make the Parmesan Garlic Cream Sauce
This sauce is what gives the lasagna its addictive cheeseburger-meets-garlic-pasta flavor.
-
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
-
Whisk in flour to form a smooth roux; cook for 1 minute.
-
Slowly pour in the milk and heavy cream while whisking.
-
Simmer gently until thickened.
-
Add Parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella; stir until melted and smooth.
-
Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
The sauce should be thick, creamy, and pourable — like a luxurious Alfredo.
Step 4: Layer the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a 9×13-inch baking dish:
Layer 1
A thin layer of Parmesan garlic sauce.
Layer 2

Layer 4
A generous layer of the creamy garlic cheese sauce.
Layer 5
