Longhorn Steakhouse-Inspired Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides!
