Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 hamburger buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bacon jam (store-bought or homemade)
4 slices crispy cooked bacon
Fresh lettuce and tomato, for garnish

Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Shape the ground beef into 4 patties, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Grill the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned.
Assemble the burgers: spread a generous amount of bacon jam on the bottom half of each bun.
Add the grilled cheeseburger patties, followed by a slice of crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and tomato.
