1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/2 cup sour cream or chipotle sauce
4 large flour tortillas
Butter or oil for grilling

3. Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable for folding.
4. On each tortilla, layer rice, seasoned beef, shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream or chipotle sauce.
5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly into a burrito.
6. In a clean skillet over medium heat, melt a bit of butter or oil. Grill each burrito seam-side down until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side until evenly toasted.
