Bacon Blackberry Cheesecake Burger
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 hamburger buns
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.
3. In the same skillet, cook the beef patties until they reach your desired doneness. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
5. In a separate bowl, mash the blackberries with a fork to release their juices.
6. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the cream cheese layer.
8. Place one cooked beef patty on top of each prepared bun base.
9. Spoon mashed blackberries on top of each beef patty.
10. Top each with a slice of crispy bacon.
11. Add the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
