Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.
3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly.
4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough round and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush generously over each dough ball.
8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each one.
9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
10. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
