Garlic Butter Mushrooms and Cauliflower
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups mushrooms, halved
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme (fresh or dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Cauliflower:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
2. Add Mushrooms:
Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
3. Make the Garlic Butter:
Push veggies to one side of the skillet. Add butter and garlic to the empty side, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Combine and Season:
Mix the garlic butter with the vegetables. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
