OREOS COOKIES AND CREAM DELIGHT
Ingredients
Crust:
24 Oreo cookies
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Topping:
Extra whipped cream for piping
Whole Oreos for garnish
Oreo crumbs for the sides

Instructions
1. Prepare the crust:
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
Mix with melted butter until well combined.
Press into the base of an 8-inch springform pan.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
2. Make the filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add granulated sugar and vanilla, beat until creamy.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in chopped Oreos.
3. Assemble:
Spread filling evenly over the crust.
Smooth the top and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
4. Decorate:
Pipe whipped cream on top.
Garnish with whole Oreos and sprinkle crushed crumbs around the base.
