PINEAPPLE CARAMEL PARFAIT
INGREDIENTS
1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies
1/2 cup vanilla pudding or vanilla mousse
Optional garnish: extra caramel drizzle, cookie crumbs, whipped topping

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare Your Layers:
If using fresh pineapple, chop into bite-sized chunks.
Chill caramel sauce slightly so it thickens but is still pourable.
2. Assemble the Parfait: In a clear dessert glass or jar, layer in this order:
Spoonful of vanilla pudding
Drizzle of caramel sauce
Dollop of whipped cream
A few pineapple chunks
Sprinkle of crushed cookies
3. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream on top.
4. Top & Serve:
Add more pineapple chunks on top
Drizzle caramel over the whipped cream
Sprinkle some extra cookie crumbs for texture
5. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavor.
