BANANA SPLIT MILKSHAKE PARFAIT

Layers of creamy banana-strawberry milkshake, whipped cream, fresh fruit, and crunchy toppings—finished with a drizzle of chocolate. A dessert and drink in one!



INGREDIENTS

For the Milkshake Layers:

2 ripe bananas

1½ cups vanilla ice cream

½ cup milk (or more to adjust consistency)

½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

For the Layers & Toppings:

½ cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)

½ cup fresh raspberries

½ cup sliced bananas

¼ cup strawberry preserves or syrup

¼ cup crushed shortbread or graham cookies

¼ cup chopped peanuts or walnuts

Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Dark chocolate shavings (optional)



INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the Strawberry Banana Milkshake:

In a blender, combine bananas, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Divide into two portions for layering.

2. Layer the Parfaits:
In tall glasses or sundae cups, layer the following:

A spoonful of strawberry preserves or syrup

Fresh raspberries

A layer of milkshake

A layer of whipped cream

Cookie crumbles and sliced bananas

Another layer of milkshake

More raspberries and whipped cream on top

3. Garnish and Serve:

Top with banana slices, raspberries, chopped nuts, and chocolate shavings.

Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.
