SUMMER OREO ICE BOX CAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 packs of Oreo cookies (regular or mini)
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add condensed milk and mix well.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4. In an 8×8 or 9×9 dish, layer whole Oreos at the bottom.
5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
6. Repeat layering Oreos and cream until all ingredients are used, ending with cream.
7. Top with crushed Oreos or mini Oreos for decoration.
8. Cover and refrigerate overnight for best texture.
